The Ilium has 22 rooms across three floors of a restored historic landmark at 406 Fulton Street in downtown Troy: 6 boutique hotel rooms on the second floor, and 16 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom extended-stay suites with full kitchens on the third and fourth. Rates below are starting nightly rates, booked direct with no booking fees.

Studio suites sleep 4, except room 408, which sleeps 3. Two-bedroom room 301 sleeps 8. Rooms 307, 401, and 407 sleep 6. One-bedroom suites sleep 4. Second-floor hotel rooms sleep 2. Every room has an iron and a hair dryer. A fridge is in every room except the second floor.

Stay Policies
- Check-in
- 3:00 PM. Self check-in with a door code emailed before arrival. Early check-in from 1:00 PM is available for $30.
- Check-out
- 10:00 AM. Late checkout until 12:00 PM (noon) is available for $30.
- Quiet hours
- 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Visitors
- Daytime only. The number of people in the room cannot exceed the room maximum.
- Luggage
- No luggage storage and no bag drops.
- Cancellation
- Booked on this website: a full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, and a 50% refund if you cancel 14 or more days before arrival.
- Wi-Fi
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building
- Parking
- No on-site parking. Metered street parking and public garages in downtown Troy, all within a short walk
- Housekeeping
- No daily housekeeping. Rooms are fully cleaned before arrival.
- Kitchens
- Full kitchens in every 3rd- and 4th-floor suite. Second-floor hotel rooms have no kitchen
- In-room amenities
- An iron and a hair dryer in every room. A fridge in every room except the second floor. Washer and dryer only in rooms 301, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 401, 403, 404, 405, 406, and 407.

- Pets are not permitted
