How many rooms does The Ilium have?
The Ilium has 22 rooms: 6 hotel rooms on the second floor (201 to 206), offered to event room-block guests, and 16 extended-stay studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites on the third and fourth floors.
What does a room cost per night?
Studio suites start at $199 per night, one-bedroom suites at $299, and two-bedroom suites at $399. Second-floor hotel rooms are $149 per night for room-block guests. There is no cleaning fee on direct bookings. A 3% Troy occupancy tax and 8% New York sales tax apply.
Is there parking at The Ilium?
There is no on-site parking. Guests use metered street parking and nearby public garages in downtown Troy, all within a short walk of 406 Fulton Street.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Early check-in from 1:00 PM is available for $30.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Late checkout until 12:00 PM (noon) is available for $30.

Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Can I have visitors?
Visitors are daytime only. The number of people in the room cannot exceed the room maximum.

No. There is no luggage storage and no bag drops.

Second-floor hotel rooms 201 to 206 sleep 2. Room 301 sleeps 8. Rooms 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, and 308 sleep 4, and room 307 sleeps 6. Room 401 sleeps 6. Rooms 402, 403, 404, 405, and 406 sleep 4, room 407 sleeps 6, and room 408 sleeps 3.
Which rooms have an iron, hair dryer, fridge, or washer and dryer?
Every room has an iron and a hair dryer. Every room except the second floor has a fridge. A washer and dryer are only in rooms 301, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 401, 403, 404, 405, 406, and 407.
How does self check-in work?
Check-in is self-service. A door code is emailed before arrival so you can let yourself in.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Do the suites have kitchens?
Yes. Every studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suite on the third and fourth floors has a full kitchen. Second-floor hotel rooms do not have kitchens.
Is housekeeping provided during a stay?
There is no daily housekeeping. Rooms are fully cleaned before arrival.
Is there a bar or restaurant in the building?
Yes. Ilium Bar & Brewing occupies the ground floor with house-brewed beer, cocktails, food, and live events. It is 21+ and open to the public.
Can I book Evermore Hall for a wedding or event?
Evermore Hall, the fifth-floor event venue, hosts weddings, corporate events, galas, and private parties for up to 250 guests. Guest rooms can be reserved as a room block for attendees.
